×××××××商住楼B幢工程，位于××市××路59号，该工程由×××实业公司投资兴建，由××建筑设计院设计，由××市地质工程勘察队进行该工程地质勘察，由××市建筑安装公司施工，由××市 ×× 建设工程监理有限公司监理。
综合按建筑面积6950m2，框架结构九层，建筑高度18.20，采用液压桩基础，桩径为350*350、400*400，桩长18~20m，单桩承载力650~850KN，桩承台标高-4.15米。主体为现浇钢筋砼结构，现浇柱截面由 × mm~ × mm不等，楼面砼板厚为100~150mm，墙体为180厚和120厚，采用MU10粘土砖，M7.5混合砂浆砌筑，外墙饰面贴60×240条形砖，内墙天花批荡，门窗采用白铝绿玻铝合金窗门和夹板门，水泥砂楼地面。屋面防水层采用面批1：2.5水泥砂浆20厚，扫SBS防水胶膜1.5厚，隔热层砌180砖架空钢筋砼板。该工程由2000年5月20日开工，于2001年11月10日竣工。

Surface layer of roofing cement batch 1:2.5 20 thick, sweeping SBS waterproof film 1.5 thick, insulating layer 180 blocks puzzle elevated reinforced concrete plate. The project by the May 20, 2000 started on November 10, 2001 completion.
