番禺惠州天然气开发项目终端场地回填与地基处理工程施工总结.doc

终端场地位于珠海市横琴岛上，北距珠海保税区不到1公里，西接磨刀门水道与珠海西区隔水相望，与珠海机场相距40多公里。珠海终端项目为天然气处理厂，其天然气来自惠州21-1油气田、番禺30-1气田，终端设计天然气处理规模为4600000m3/d，总占地面积约330000m2。整个项目由中海石油（中国）有限公司（以下简称业主）投资建设，2004年4月业主通过邀请投标的方式择优选择并确定我方为终端场地回填与地基处理工程的项目总承包单位，并于2004年4月21日双方签订了项目总承包合同，合同约定施工工期为150天。工作内容主要包括330000m2场地回填及其中242700m2地基处理的施工图设计与施工。经业主审查同意，我方选择了具备水运行业（港口）甲级设计资质的广州港湾工程设
