  路桥大厦地下室工程施工组织设计

一、工程概况：
拟建的路桥大厦地下室工程位于仙岳路北侧，西临兴厦仙岳小区，东临仙岳东村统建房用地、北侧面为永同昌住宅花园，工程占地1859.5m2 ，建筑面积 5959.4m2 ，总高度 8.2m，最大跨度8.4m，为二层框架结构地下室。
本工程按抗震烈度七级设防，结构抗震等级为二级。
下室外墙防水采用钢筋砼自防水和APP沥青防水卷材。在地下室外墙施工完成后，在外墙上做防水，外砌120实心粘土砖墙保护。
地下室隔墙采用190厚空心砖，水泥砂浆抹面。
本工程水、电、通风等设备安装工程要求预埋预设。
二、工程特点：
    1、本工程施工场地较小，现场需精确布置、合理安排，充分利用场地南面临街，交通便利优势，合理调度，做到原材料补给充足，不影响工程进度与质量。
2、地下室工程量大（约5378m3），结构复杂，底板承台连梁较多，抗裂、防水要求高，施工中需针对性的编制施工方案，精心组织施工。
3、地下水位为标高3.16至–1.42米间，施工中应特别注意基坑排水。
三、施工部署：
结合本工程的实际特点，组织经验丰富，工作严谨的施工管理班子，建立健全各项管理制度，组织先进，充足的施工机机械和高素质的施工队组，为快速优质地完成本工程提供根本保证。具体安排见总体进度计划表。

工程总工期为47日历天，各阶段具体安排如下：

其中装修及水电安装预埋预设穿插入地下室结构施工。
2、质量：
工程质量力争达到优良，我司要求各分部分项工程质量必须达到合格等级，同时争创优良分部，竣工验收必须确保合格质量等级。
3、安全文明生产：
本工程施工面大，结构复杂，现场拟成立安全、文明生产领导小组严格按国家和厦门市有关规定进行安全管理，力争在施工期间，无重大伤亡事故，轻伤率控制在2‰以内。
