K29#、K30#楼，位于西安市长安科技产业园内，建筑规模为一梯四户，72户/栋，总长  米，总宽26.205米，平面呈Y型建筑，地下车库为圆弧型建筑，内弧总长80.155米，外弧长104.19。总宽39.7米，地下车库 层高4.4米，主楼地下室层高4.7米，顶层电梯间层高5.7米，其余楼层层高3米，总高59.7米，主楼地下室顶板上-1.2米至±0.00设置地沟。
主楼地下室为自行车库，地上为住宅，各栋设有2部电梯，一部算做消防电梯，从底层至十八层屋面，另一部电梯从地下室直接到达十八层屋面，主楼还设有一部疏散楼梯，建筑设计耐久年限50年，建筑抗震设防8度，耐火等级一级。
地下车库为人防工程，设有汽车入库坡道。二层以上户门为三防门，管道井为防火门，除一层设木门
