1.1项目管理网络
1.1.1文明、园丁、油建、红山、红旗、西北、曙光、教育、西北、朝阳、红波新村12栋住宅楼抗震加固工程若我公司有幸中标,将作为我公司重点工程，并选派具有类似工程施工经验的优秀施工管理人员组成住宅楼抗震加固工程项目经理部。
工程将按项目法施工,实行项目经理负责制，以项目合同和成本控制为主要内容,以科学系统管理和先进技术为手段,行使计划、组织、指挥、协调、控制、监督六项基本职能。项目经理部严格按照以GB/T9001模式标准建立的体系来运作,形成以全面质量管理为中心环节,以专业管理和计算机辅助管理相结合的科学化管理体制，实现对现场质量、安全、文明施工的总管理，工程进度、材料设备进出场和施工搭接的总控制。同时，本着科学管理、优质高速、开拓敬业的原则，以塑造精品为目标，发挥企业优势，确保本工程实现一流的承包管理、一流的文明施工、一流的工程质量和一流的施工速度。
