1.1建筑概况
株洲市佳诚时代广场工程位于株洲市建设南路，南湖农贸大市场对面，西邻沿江路，南靠地税三分局，地理位置良好。建筑总长95.00m、总宽97.58m，总高48.990m，总建筑面积为52040m2，建筑层数地上十五层（含跃层），地下一层。本工程±0.000标高为黄海高程39.45米，属一类高层建筑，耐火等级二级。屋面防水等级二级。本工程为商住楼，由三栋塔式住宅楼，二层裙楼，一层地下室组成。使用年限为五十年。
大楼各层层高为：地下层4.2m；地上一层5.1m，二层5.9m，三层3.6m，以上四至十五楼住宅层高均为2.8m。
本工程地下室功能主要为车库，一、二层为商场，三层为设备转换层，四至十五层均为住宅。

1.1 Architectural Overview
Great Smart Zhuzhou Zhuzhou Times Square project is located in Building South, South Lake farmers market across a large, west along the road, south, three sub-rent, good location.
