  1. 工程概况
中国注册会计师北京培训基地位于北京市天竺经济开发区，林荫路和花园三街的北侧，建成后将成为一个由单层和多层建筑组成的优美的建筑群。该基地规划总用地133300M2，占地面积21900M2，总建筑面积69294M2。其中包括教学楼、图书馆、学生活动中心、专家公寓、学生公寓、后勤楼、体育中心、锅炉房等。其中由我公司承建的有教学主楼A、图书行政楼B、学生公寓L、M、N、后勤楼P、体育中心Q、锅炉房R等建筑群体。
1.1建筑概况
教学主楼A长123M ，宽30M，呈扁长椭圆形，楼中央设一长方形采光天井。该楼地下一层，地上四层，檐口标高18M，建筑面积11195M2（其中地下室建筑面积2250M2）。工程±0.000相当于绝对标高27.100M。工程属I类工程，耐火等级为一级。内设两部液压电梯。地下室采用防水混凝土浇注，外做YJ-硅橡胶防水涂膜；地下室外墙均为350厚钢筋混凝土剪力墙，内承重墙采用200、300厚钢筋混凝土剪力墙，非承重墙为240粘土砖墙。地上部分外墙全部采用
1. Project Overview
Chinese CPA Beijing Tianzhu training base in Beijing Economic Development Zone, tree-lined road and the north side of Garden III Street, and will become a multi-layer construction consisting of single and beautiful buildings. The base total land 133300M2, covers an area of 21900M2, total construction area of 69294M2.
