第一章  工程概况
本工程名称为浙江省富阳市世纪大厦工程。本工程位于浙江省富阳市富阳镇桂花西路与春秋北路交界处东北侧。
世纪大厦工程建筑面积约23696平方米，地下一层，地上十六层，局部十七层，楼高约54.40米。各层层高为：地下室层高3.25米，局部为3.50米；一层为5.30米、二层为4.30米，三层为4.30米，四层～十四层均为2.90米，十五层为3.10米，十六层为2.90米，机房层高为2.90米；室内外高差为0.60米。
一、功能设计
1、地下室：车库、配电间、消防水池、生活水池、泵房；
2、一层：商场、值班室、消防控制室等；
3、二层：商场等；
4、三层：商场等；
5、四层：住宅；
6、五层：住宅；
7、六层：住宅；
8、七层：住宅；
9、八层：住宅；
10、九层：住宅；
11、十层：住宅；

二、结构设计
本工程结构型式为框架-剪力墙结构。建筑等级为二类，耐火等级一级，抗震设防烈度为6度，框架的抗震等级为四级，剪力墙的抗震等级为三级。
