银河大厦位于济南市较繁华地带经七纬二路口西南角，正对东方大厦，
是集营业、高级办公、培训中心、职工食堂、职工康乐设施、地下车库、
地下人防及大型设备房等功能为一体综合性建筑;总建筑面积为86098m２，
地下三层，地上四十二层，总高度175.60m。该工程主要包括通风空调、消
防、给排水、强电、弱电等系统。
通风空调系统包括地下三层及地上部分的采暖、通风、空气调节、供
热及防烟排烟工程，主要设备包括有制冷机组、各类泵、换热器、空调机
组、冷却塔、各类风机、风机盘管、蒸汽发生器、蒸汽减压装置、水箱、
通风器等。
消防系统包括室内外消火栓系统、自动喷水灭火系统、水幕消防系统、
CO2 自动灭火系统、防火卷帘等部分组成，主要设备包括有各类水泵、喷头，
