1．1．3  工程组成：新建杏一轻烃歧化装置1套。装置分五个单元：100单元轻烃歧化装置，200单元反应物分离系统，300单元再生气循环系统，400单元轻烃分离系统，500单元公用工程系统。
1．1．4  工程建设目的：采用生产工艺技术成熟、灵活、先进可靠，节能降耗、副产品回收利用，得到附加值高、有市场的产品，以提高企业经济效益。
1．1．5  设计规模：新建杏一轻烃歧化装置1套。本装置年处理轻烃原料5万吨。塔分离系统设计年操作时间为8000小时，歧化反应系统为6000小时，再生系统为2000小时。装置操作弹性为设计能力的60%~110%。
1．1．6  装置工程量
本装置设备台数为63台套，设备总重571.5吨。自动控制调节回路数32个。工艺管线总长9.17千米，各类阀门1386个。占地面积1945公顷，建筑面积541平方米。
