1、工程概况
1.1 工程特点
1.1.1 编制依据:天然气分公司杏一轻烃歧化装置工程施工图纸,有关国家、行业标准
1.1.2 建设地点:大庆市红岗区天然气分公司杏一集气站内。
1.1.3 工程组成:新建杏一轻烃歧化装置1套。装置分五个单元:100单元轻烃歧化装置,200单元反应物分离系统,300单元再生气循环系统,400单元轻烃分离系统,500单元公用工程系统。
1.1.4 工程建设目的:采用生产工艺技术成熟、灵活、先进可靠,节能降耗、副产品回收利用,得到附加值高、有市场的产品,以提高企业经济效益。
1.1.5 设计规模:新建杏一轻烃歧化装置1套。本装置年处理轻烃原料5万吨。塔分离系统设计年操作时间为8000小时,歧化反应系统为6000小时,再生系统为2000小时。装置操作弹性为设计能力的60%~110%。
1.1.6 装置工程量
本装置设备台数为63台套,设备总重571.5吨。自动控制调节回路数32个。工艺管线总长9.17千米,各类阀门1386个。占地面积1945公顷,建筑面积541平方米。
1.1.7 施工工期:2003年4月15日至2003年10月30日,总工期199天。
1.2 建设地点特征
