一、 编制说明
作为本工程的施工方，我公司通过认真研究和分析施工图纸，广泛听取有关古建专家的意见和建议，独立编制了温州护国寺修建工程的施工组织设计。本施工组织设计涵盖了施工图中本工程所包括的施工范围内的全部工程内容---土建、安装及配套工程，并且着重从工程承包商的角度，阐述了我公司对温州护国寺修建工程的工程质量、工期、安全、文明施工，服务协调，特别是关于质量、工期等工作进行统一管理的设想，以期高质量、高效率的全面履行我公司作为承包商的职责。
为在将来的施工过程中，使本施工组织设计能切实指导施工，为树精品工程服务，编制之前，我公司对施工现场进行了详尽的踏勘，组织相关人员学习国家、浙江省及温州市的相关法律、法规，充分了解本地区的地方建筑特点、市场行情，熟悉工程图纸，研读招标文件，掌握了我公司所施工的范围、区域和管理职责；编制过程中，我公司多次有幸邀请到有关专家指导我们的编制工作，专家们提出了大量的、宝贵的、科学的、实施性很强的建议，从而使
