2．1 基本情况
 东深供水局14＃、23＃、25＃职工住宅楼均座落于深圳市罗湖区东深供水局原家属楼区之东深－街两侧的三个地块上。其中14＃楼与23＃楼多层住宅夹东深－街而立，14＃楼在街南侧，23＃楼在街北侧；25＃小高层住宅在街北侧，位于23＃楼之东，与23＃楼隔一栋原有家属楼。三栋住宅楼造型典雅华贵，倚山望水（深圳水库），风景秀丽，实乃深圳市绝佳的居住

1.2 Construction Technology Co., Ltd. Shanghai, Guangzhou Chi designed Shenzhen Water Supply Bureau of East 14 #, 23 #, 25 # staff residential buildings of architectural, structural, electrical, drainage, ventilation and construction plans
1.3 State the current technical standards for construction of the project, the Guangdong Province and Shenzhen City, point of order, requirements, etc. (see Appendix)
