1、工程概况：
     东华理工学院南昌校区位于南昌市新城区，该项目由东华理工学院投资、北方设计研究院设计，建筑面积9811平方米，总高度26.3米的三层建筑物。1F为综合训练场、健身房、乒乓球馆，2F为辅助用房，3F为观众厅和比赛厅。
本安装工程包括电气（强电和弱电）、生活给排水、消防、防排烟工程。给水系统由校区给水网直接供水。主要包括：生活给排水、消防栓等。室内给水热水用PP-R管、冷水用PP-B管热熔连接，排水管采用U-PVC管，消防管采用焊接钢管焊接连接，本工程的电气安装包括强电和弱电，强电包括：动力和照明、电气设备安装及防雷接地系统安装。弱电包括：电话及综合布线系统、有线电视系统、监控系统、广播系统和火灾自动报警及联动等，诸多系统体现了大型现代化智能建筑功能齐全，自动化程度高的特点。该工程的各楼层房间均设置机械通风及排烟系统。

电气弱电工程包括：综合布线及消防报警。
2、施工部署及项目机构组织
2．1、施工部署:
根据本工程的特点，安装工程合理安排施工人员, 按照“先下后上，先主管后支管，先干线后支线，先预制后安装”的原则，实行平面分区、立体交叉作业的流水施工。为了给装修及其他专业分包施工提供作业面，特别是水磨石地面施工前，安装工程必须完成地面管线敷设、穿楼板的管道安装及吊顶内安装施工等内
