1、工程概况:
     东华理工学院南昌校区位于南昌市新城区,该项目由东华理工学院投资、北方设计研究院设计,建筑面积9811平方米,总高度26.3米的三层建筑物。1F为综合训练场、健身房、乒乓球馆,2F为辅助用房,3F为观众厅和比赛厅。
本安装工程包括电气(强电和弱电)、生活给排水、消防、防排烟工程。给水系统由校区给水网直接供水。主要包括:生活给排水、消防栓等。室内给水热水用PP-R管、冷水用PP-B管热熔连接,排水管采用U-PVC管,消防管采用焊接钢管焊接连接,本工程的电气安装包括强电和弱电,强电包括:动力和照明、电气设备安装及防雷接地系统安装。弱电包括:电话及综合布线系统、有线电视系统、监控系统、广播系统和火灾自动报警及联动等,诸多系统体现了大型现代化智能建筑功能齐全,自动化程度高的特点。该工程的各楼层房间均设置机械通风及排烟系统。

电气弱电工程包括:综合布线及消防报警。
2、施工部署及项目机构组织
2.1、施工部署:
根据本工程的特点,安装工程合理安排施工人员, 按照“先下后上,先主管后支管,先干线后支线,先预制后安装”的原则,实行平面分区、立体交叉作业的流水施工。为了给装修及其他专业分包施工提供作业面,特别是水磨石地面施工前,安装工程必须完成地面管线敷设、穿楼板的管道安装及吊顶内安装施工等内
1, Project Overview:
     East China Institute of Technology campus is located in Nanchang, Nanchang new city, the project investment by the East China Institute of Technology, Design and Research Institute in northern design, construction area of 9811 square meters, total height of 26.3 m three-storey structure. 1F for the comprehensive training field, gymnasium, table tennis hall, 2F for the auxiliary building, 3F for the audience hall and games room.

Weak include: telephone and cabling system, cable TV systems, monitoring systems, broadcast systems and automatic fire alarm and so on, many systems reflects the large modern intelligent building full-featured, high degree of automation features. 2, construction and project institutions and organizations to deploy
2.1, the construction plans:
