1.1 工程基本情况
建筑总面积227111平方米，分为南区、北区、西栋、中心圆厅建筑等几部分。它们均用构架相连。
本工程建筑为椭圆形平面，长轴386米，短轴264米。其中13～20轴处的短轴与穿过基地的永久河道平行，永久河道宽30米，绿化和通道宽24米。
本工程地下局部1层，地上4层，局部6层。建筑高度20.70米，局部38.70米，标志塔高70.00米，中部建筑装饰圆顶高38.40米。
本工程一层地下室分南、北两部：北部为地下机动车库及自行车库兼六级人防人员掩蔽室，南部为机动车库及动力、变配电机房和部分自行车；车库、人防部分层高3.60米，动力机房层高7.20米，变配电层高6.00米。
首层分南、北、中三个部分：北部为公司行政部分入口和技术支持入口，研发中心对外接待、销售、展示部分等，层高5.4米。中部为庭园及景观水面。南部为工厂行政入口和员工入口、厨房等，层高5.4米。东南部为工厂进货、卸货区。车间、库房部分等，层高6.90米。
二层主要分两部分：北部为研发中心、技术支持、培训部分，南部为工厂车间、库房及员工餐厅。中间东部连接体为技术支持。工厂车间及库房区层高6.00米其余部分层高4.50米。南北部
