第一章、施工组织设计
第一节、施工方案编制原则及依据
本工程根据业主对工程招标要求、施工图、现场勘察、施工图预算、建筑施工规范等为依据，按照本工程的特点以及公司几十年中与此同类工程施工经验编写，从而达到降低成本，缩短工期，安全文明，保证质量的目的。
第二节、工程施工准备大纲
    1、中标后签订工程合同，召开开工预备工作会议，组织有关人员对工程的各项要求及合同规定进行交底。
2、组建工程项目部。落实四部一室人员，即：工程部、技术部、物资部、经营计划部、办公室。
3、按照平面布置规划方案，进行临设、临水、临电等工作的施工准备，同时进行机械、人力、物力的筹备、采购工作。
4、落实分项工程责任承包小组，并签订分项合同。
5、进行技术交底，对特殊工艺、特殊人员进行培训。
6、对进场工人进行三级安全教育，办理入保手续。
7、组织主要材料首批进场，机械进场，中小型工具进场。
