一、工程概况
（一）工程名称：
大边大边大东海佳新广场装修工程
（四）工程地点：
大边市榆亚大道在东海购物公园内
（一）工程规模：
本工程建筑基底面积约为4300m2，总建筑面积约为21000m2，建筑层数为5层框架结构。
（四）本次招标范围：
1、根据招标文件及初步设计图纸，联系并安排在大边当地具备相应设计资质（包括装饰装修、给排水、电气工程等资质）的设计院实施施工图的绘制出图。
2、实施相应工程项目的务类向政府部门的报批、报验等工作，直至将本项目提交业主使用。
3、室内工程
① 给排水工程（广场给排水工程不包括在内）。
② 商场内燃气工程。
③ 电气工程，包括商场内进线电缆、管线、灯具、开关插座等供应和安装（广场插座工程不包括在内）。
④ 空调机房所有进线电缆、桥架及灯具、插座，一台生活水泵、一台气压罐的电气控制箱及控制线路（机房内空调设备控制柜及其控制管线不包括在内）。
