施工组织设计
第一节  施工总平面布置
施工总平面布置合理与否，将直接关系到施工进度的快慢和安全文明施工管理水平的高低。为保证现场施工顺利进行，具体的施工平面布置原则为：                       
1．满足施工的前提下，尽量节约施工用地；
2．在满足施工需要和文明施工的前提下，合理布置材料堆场；
3．尽可能避免土建、安装相互干扰；
4．符合施工现场卫生及安全技术要求和防火规范；
根据以上原则施工现场布置有:临时围墙、临时办公住房、施工道路、给排水、电、混凝土搅拌机、灰浆搅拌机、钢筋加工车间、模板加工车间、标准养护室、灯塔等（详见施工总平面图）。
第二节  测量方案
1．测量设备选用及测量程序
现场配备1台全站仪、2台J2 光学经纬仪和2台DZS3 水准仪、两把50米钢卷尺。
2．测量控制网点标桩
根据施工测量的需要和市规划局提供的水准点结合现场的情况，水准点需引测的按三等水准测量的要求引测一组便于施工、通视较好、基本等距的等边三角水准点于现场，并设置保护桩保护起来，而且还要不定期检查，确保精度，水准点安装方法如图。
本工程施工测量控制网点标桩的埋设采用现浇钢筋混凝土标桩形式，标桩埋深在2～3m，高出地面约300mm.，在标桩的顶部埋设100×100mm的不锈钢标板，在Construction Design
Section I construction general layout
