由于本工程工期相对较短，我单位安排一个专业施工队伍，负
责钢筋混凝土烟囱施工。由于本工程工种较多，工程量与劳动力的配
备不可能完全均衡，因此，台上、台下均采取专业、混合相结合的综
合劳动组织形式，强调分工协作。
1、工期安排
从基础挖土到混凝土浇筑、回填土完毕，计划用时105 天。其
