第一节、工程概述
××××大楼1#楼工程位于萧山市北新区市北街道地段，市心北路路东，萧山歌剧院北侧，金惠路东伸段北。本工程建设单位为设计单位为杭州市萧山建筑设计研究院。
××××大楼1#楼工程总建筑面积11921m2，其中地下室建筑面积921m2，占地面积921 m2，地上12层，地下1层，总高度45.5m。
具体建筑使用功能为：地下一层为地下汽车库、配电间和水泵房、空调机房，一层及以上为办公室、会议室，屋顶设有机房层。整个建筑功能分区清晰、简洁。
地下室一层层高为4.5M，地上一层层高为4.5M，二～十一层层高为3.4M、十二层层高为4.5 M，室内外高差300mm。

第二节 建筑概述
一、建筑装饰:
1、外装修:立面采用干挂石材、外墙涂料、玻璃幕墙，构筑成一个优雅经典的造型。
2、内装修：
（1）楼地面：主要防滑地砖地面、水泥砂浆面层、细石混凝土面层等装饰。
（2）墙面：主要为水泥砂浆抹面、纸筋灰
