第一章  编制说明
【恒智天成】大厦是由【恒智天成】公司和【恒智天成】联合开发建设，【恒智天成】设计研究院设计。该工程位于【恒智天成】，该工程设计新颖，风格独特，是一幢该区域标志性建筑。本施工组织设计对其地上、地下各分部分项工程进行编制。

第一节 编制说明
本施工组织设计的编制依据如下：
1、【恒智天成】大厦工程招标文件；
2、【恒智天成】大厦工程建筑、结构及各专业施工图；
3、【恒智天成】大厦工程的地质勘探报告；
4、现行国家有关施工及验收规范、结构规范；
5、政府有关法规、法令。
由于编者水平有限，加之时间仓促，编制过程中难免出现不足之处，请各位专家及同仁批评指正。

 
第二章  工程概况

第一节 建筑特点
本工程占地面积【恒智天成】m2，总建筑面积【恒智天成】m2，工程由地下二层，地上二层商场，北边三至七层为办公楼，南边三至九层为商住楼组成，建筑物
