1.01 工程概况
***国际商务中心位于***高新技术产业开发区西集中新建区高新路与科技路十字交汇处西北角(为***高新技术产业开发区商贸中心地段),是目前***高新区内规模最大,集办公、购物、餐饮、娱乐、居住为一体的功能最完善的综合项目,占地33.7亩,总建筑面积135156m2,由主楼40层数码科技大厦、别墅式32层智能公寓、裙房4层商贸中心、地下两层车库组成。
本工程由***高新技术产业开发区建设开发公司开发,方案设计单位为美国康设设计公司,设计单位为中国建筑西北设计研究院,由机械工业部勘察设计院承担本工程的勘察任务。工程室内±0.000相当于绝对标高408.80M,建筑物抗震设防烈度8度。
业主为了保证工程的质量和施工进度,经开发区招标办同意,决定将工程以建筑物轴线25轴、26轴之间后浇带为界划分为A、B两个标段进行招标。
其中B标段包含范围为:①别墅式32层智能公寓;②裙房4层商贸中心;③(B、C段)轴线由1轴至25轴以右3.75m处。
B标段公寓楼建筑面积33168m2,商贸中心建筑面积33503m2。B标段公寓楼及商贸中心主要设计参数及概况如下:
1、 地基与基础
B标段公寓楼及商贸中心地下均为二层,设计采用钻孔灌注桩承载,公寓楼灌注桩顶为底板承台,裙房商贸中心采用筏板承台基础。
(1)桩基工程:设计采用泥浆护壁反循环钻孔灌注桩,公寓楼部分的工程桩数量为305根,桩基工程已经由业主直接分包,目前正在施工当中。

1.01 Project Overview

Owners to ensure the quality of the projects and construction progress of the tender by the Development Office of consent, decided to project to the building axis 25 axis 26 axis as the boundary between the back strip is divided into A, B Two Sections of tenders.
Lot B range which includes: ① villa-style 32-story apartment intelligence; ② Podium Level 4 business center; ③ (B, C above) axis from 1 to 25 axis to the right axis 3.75m Office.
Lot B apartment building area 33168m2, business center building area 33503m2. Lot B apartment building and commercial center of the main design parameters and profiles are as follows:
1, foundation and foundation
Lot B apartment buildings and business centers are two-story underground, designed with Pile Foundation, apartment top to bottom pile cap, skirt business center cap with raft foundation.
