该工程为砖混结构，四层局部五层，建筑耐火等级为二级, 屋面防水等级为三级，抗震设防烈度为七度，本工程的合理使用年限为五十年。
该工程整体布局合理、设施齐全、宽敞明亮，并考虑了设施预埋接口,为用户创造了良好的使用条件。
