关于发布国家标准《混凝土结构工程施工质量的验收规范》的通知
建标[2002] 62号
根据建设部《关于印发<一九九八年度工程建设国家标准制定、修订计划>（第二批）的通知》(建标[1998]244号)的要求，中国建筑科学研究院会同有关部门共同修订了《混凝土结构工程施工质量的验收规范》。我部组织有关部门对该规范进行了审查，现批准为国家标准，编号为GB50204—2002，自2002年4月1日起施行。其中，4.1.1、4.1.3、5.1.1、5.2.1、5.2.2、5.5.1、6.2.1、6.3.1、6.4.4、7.2.1、7.2.2、7.4.1、8.2.1、8.3.1、9.1.1为强制性条文，必须严格执行。原《混凝土结构工程施工及验收规范》GB50204—92和《预制混凝土构件质量检验评定标准》GBJ321—88同时废止。
本规范由建设部负责管理和对强制性条文的解释，  城乡建设委员会负责具体技术内容的解释，建设部标准定额研究所组织中国建筑工业出版社出版发行。

National standards on the release "of concrete structures for acceptance of construction quality" of the notice
Construction Standard [2002] 62
According to the Ministry of Construction "on the issuance of <1998 annual national construction standards, the revised Scheme" (second batch) of the notice "(construction standard [1998] No. 244) requirements, China Academy of Building Research in conjunction with relevant departments revised the "Construction Quality of Concrete Structures for acceptance." I organize the relevant departments of the Ministry conducted a review of specifications, is approved as a national standard, code GB50204-2002, since April 1, 2002 shall come into force. Among them, 4.1.1,4.1.3,5.1.1,5.2.1,5.2.2,5.5.1,6.2.1,6.3.1,6.4.4,7.2.1,7.2.2,7.4.1, 8.2.1,8.3.1,9.1.1 mandatory provisions must be strictly enforced. The original "construction of concrete structures and acceptance of" GB50204-92 and "precast concrete quality inspection and assessment" GBJ321-88 shall be repealed simultaneously.
The specification by the Ministry of Construction is responsible for the management and interpretation of the mandatory provisions, the specific technical and Rural Construction Committee is responsible for the content of the interpretation of the standard scale research organizations, the Ministry of Construction China Construction Industry Publishing House.
