结构施工图审查要点（6度区、非抗震区）

　　一、审查要点：
《工程建设标准强制性条文》（房屋建筑部分）有关地基基础、结构设计、建筑耐火等级及构件耐火极限的全部条款。
二、审查内容：
1、结构计算书
1.1 荷载取值。
符合《建筑结构荷载规范》GB50009-2001的条款和行业专门的规范、标准。民用建筑未明确的常用荷载标准值如下:浴缸、坐厕的卫生间4KN/m2;有分隔的公共卫生间8KN/m2；阶梯教室、微机房3KN/m2;银行金库、配电室、水泵房10KN/m2。注意屋面建筑找坡的荷载，墙面、楼面、天棚装饰荷载的取值是否和建筑一致。阳台、楼梯、上人屋面、走道栏杆顶部水平荷载不得遗漏。高、低屋面处在低屋面应考虑施工堆料荷载。
1.2 计算机程序分析计算。
注意软件的使用范围和技术条件，所建立的计算分析模型是否符合实际，对计算结果应先判断、校核其合理有效后，方可用于设计。必须说明软件
