钢结构加固修复的设计与施工

1. 结构加固修复设计应具备的基本资料
    (1)原有结构的竣工图和施工记录。当缺乏这些资料时,应具有结构现状的测绘资料;测绘时应注意并详细记录杆件和节点的偏心情况。
(2)原有结构的计算书。
(3)原有结构的损坏、缺陷和锈蚀等情况及其原因分析。
(4)原有结构的建造历史和使用情况。
(5)原有结构钢材的力学性能和化学成分。若缺乏原始资料时,应在原有结构上取样检验。
(6)实际荷载情况,应进行称量和实测。
(7)施工能力等。
2. 钢材的取样检验
