二、分项工程概况及施工条件：
本工程共十九层，其中地下三层，地上十六层，建筑面积为73082m2，结构类型为现浇框剪结构。其底板、外墙、外露顶板混凝土均为防水混凝土，防水等级为二级。底板厚度为1400mm，属大体积混凝土。该工程的环境类别为二b类。混凝土须进行氯离子及碱含量计算。氯离子最大限量为水泥用量的0.3%，碱含量最大限量为混凝土用量的3.0kg/m3。本工程混凝土全部选用商品混凝土。

1. Project Overview
