1、办公楼结构施工图:DF65544003-1~DF65544001-33。
2、《混凝土结构工程施工质量验收规范》GB50204-2002。
3、《地下防水工程质量验收规范》GB50208-2002。
4、《建筑机械使用安全技术规程》JGJ33-2001。
5、《混凝土外加剂应用技术规范》GB50119。
6、《建筑工程施工质量验收统一标准》GB50300-2001。
7、北京市发“关于预防混凝土碱集料反应技术管理规定《试行》通知京建科[1999]230号”。
8、建筑工程资料管理规程DBJ01-51-2003。
二、分项工程概况及施工条件:
本工程共十九层,其中地下三层,地上十六层,建筑面积为73082m2,结构类型为现浇框剪结构。其底板、外墙、外露顶板混凝土均为防水混凝土,防水等级为二级。底板厚度为1400mm,属大体积混凝土。该工程的环境类别为二b类。混凝土须进行氯离子及碱含量计算。氯离子最大限量为水泥用量的0.3%,碱含量最大限量为混凝土用量的3.0kg/m3。本工程混凝土全部选用商品混凝土。

1. Project Overview
The project is divided into the Olympic Village underground project, located two-story basement, basement floor area of 30375m2, based on depth of about 10 meters. Waterfront location of this project, in which water level was high and larger.
