无循环旋挖钻机的成桩工艺
摘要：无循环旋挖钻机成孔法是一种快速高效的成孔方法，采用静态泥浆护壁，钻斗旋转直接将砂土从孔内挖出，具有成孔速度快、质量高、少污染等特点，一期工程B、C标段部分区间桥梁桩基础使用这种成孔工艺，有效地缩短了基础施工时间，取得了比较好的效果。

无循环旋挖钻机成孔法是利用钻杆和钻斗的旋转及自身重力使砂、土进入钻斗提出，经过多次反复而成孔。成孔方式有全套管跟进和稳定液保护孔壁的无套管钻孔二种，无循环旋挖钻机成孔适用于填土层、粘土层、粉土层、淤泥层、砂土层及含部分卵石、砾石地层。
无循环旋挖钻机主要是由日本、德国、意大利等国的厂家生产，其中意大利SOILMEC公司生产的R-12型钻机，从2001年6月至8月间，在武汉轨道交通一号线一期工程B、C标段桥口路至崇仁路、游艺路至民意四路地段区间桥梁桩基施工中取得了良好的效果。
