长吉高速公路饮马河大桥墩柱检测技术及病害分析


摘 要 针对长吉高速公路饮马河大桥桥墩柱身出现不同程度的裂缝病害,通过现场调查、检测和材料试验,分析裂缝产生原因和对破坏机理研究的基础上,提出综合技术评价。然后根据检测结论提出相应的墩柱加固设计和施工技术处理方案,为桥梁检测与加固设计提供实例
具有重要理论价值和经济价值。

一、桥梁概况
1.大桥设计情况概述
饮马河大桥位于长春至吉林高速公路上,1996年7月30日竣工,1997年10月正式投入运营,通车后运营正常,并进行了正常养护。该桥上部主梁结构为预应力砼简支箱梁,下部结构为钻孔灌注桩基础,肋板式埋置桥台,柱式桥墩。桥台钻孔灌注桩设计桩径为110厘米,双排桩长16米。桥墩钻孔灌注桩基础桩径为140厘米,桩长15.5~19.7米不等。桥墩采用三柱式钢筋砼柱式墩,墩柱高度为8.3~14.4米不等,柱直径为120厘米,砼设计标号为25号,纵向受力主筋为22Φ20,箍筋为φ8,砼净保护层厚度为3cm。
2.大桥下部结构状况
    饮马河大桥于1996年7月30日竣工,1997年10月正式投入运营,通车后运营正常,并进行了常规养护。近几年来,发现桥梁墩柱砼出现不同程度的裂缝,尤以竖向裂缝为重,特别是4号、5号、6号墩的个别柱砼竖向裂缝发展较快。为确保桥梁运行安全,省交通厅组织有关单位进行了现场勘察,研究有关对策,并对桥梁下部工程特别是墩柱裂缝进行了全面调查,在试验检测分析的基
