　　内容提要：本文比较全面系统地总结了城市用地开发交通影响分析的常用模式与模型，包括交通影响分析的一般程序、背景交通分析、出行发生、出行分布与交通分配，以及服务水平敏感性分析等主要内容。这些模型和模式虽然是建立在北美国家城市交通特性和社会经济价值观念基础之上，但仍不失其一般性的借鉴与指导意义。

Abstract: This paper summarizes a more comprehensive system of urban land development traffic impact analysis on the patterns and models, including traffic impact analysis of the general procedure, background traffic analysis, trip generation, trip distribution and traffic assignment, and the sensitivity analysis, service level main content. Although these models and models based on North American urban traffic characteristics and socio-economic value based on the idea, but not lose its general reference and guidance.
