二灰碎石基层若干技术问题的探讨
摘要:本文针对二灰碎石基层的集料最大粒径、级配及混合料配合比计算、
压实度质量控制4个方面问题进行了探讨,对现行公路基层施工技术规范某些
规定提出自己的见解,可供有关工程技术人员参考。

二灰碎石基层即为石灰、粉煤灰稳定粒料基层,一般也叫二灰结石或三
渣基层。它是在粒料中掺入适量的石灰和粉煤灰,按一定的技术要求,将其
拌和均匀摊铺的混合料在最佳含水量时压实,经养生成型的一种路面基层。
其中石灰和粉煤灰为胶结材料,粒料起骨架作用。二灰碎石基层属于半刚性
基层类型,具有明显的水硬性、缓凝性、板体性、一定的抗裂性,但抗磨
差,强度形成受温度和湿度影响很大。
二灰碎石基层所用材料来源广泛,可就地取材,且施工方便,强度高。
形成板体后,具有类似贫混凝土的性质,水稳性、抗裂性也较好。由于这些
优点,使二灰碎石基层得到广泛应用。近十年来,已成为我省高等级公路的
必选路面基层类型。
