50 m预应力砼T梁现场预制施工技术

 赣粤高速公路袁河特大桥主线中心里程K7 + 130, 全长716180 m, 上部结构为10 ×30 m + 4 ×50 m + 7 ×30 m先简支后连续预应力钢筋砼T型梁。下部结构为钻孔灌注桩基础, 双柱式墩台。设计荷载: 汽- 超20级, 挂120。该工程于2001年9月开工, 2003年6月竣工。50 m后张法预应力砼T梁(简称50 m T梁) , 目前在高速公路建设中应用不是十分广泛。为此, 本文仅就该型梁的现场预制施工技术和质量控制作一简单介绍, 供同行参考。
 1 50 m T梁的特点及主要技术参数
 111 50 m T梁的特点
50 m T梁相对其他结构形式梁具有结构简单, 砼用量小, 结构自重轻, 工程成本低, 便于现场预制, 施工进度快, 质量有保障等特点。
112 主要技术参数
50 m T梁高216 m, 顶宽211 m, 底宽015 m (端部底宽0172 m) , 腹板厚度0118 m, C50高强度砼, 每片T梁重140 t。每片T梁预应力筋6束。其中端跨梁1#钢束由9根, 2#、3#钢束由12根, 4# ~6#钢束由5根<15124 mm钢绞线组成; 中跨梁1#钢束由9根, 2#钢束由12根, 3# ~6#
钢束由5根<15124 mm钢绞线组成。钢绞线为高强低松驰度预应力钢绞线, 标准强度Rby = 1 860MPa, 单束设计最大控制张拉应力为0175Rby = 1 395MPa。
