钢筋砼斜塔斜拉桥的设计特点及施工技术探讨

【摘要】宝鸡市代家湾渭河大桥是我国钢筋混凝土斜塔斜拉桥中跨度最大、塔高最高的一座。本文以此桥为例,对斜塔斜拉桥的设计特点及施工技术做了简要介绍,以期达到抛砖引玉的目的。

一、工程概况
㈠概况
代家湾渭河大桥位于宝鸡市东部,跨越横贯市区东西的渭河和西宝高速公路,将是宝鸡市日后的交通大动脉和城市规划的轴心。代家湾渭河大桥建设是社会经济发展的必然要求,具有很大的经济效益和社会效益。
本桥基础采用φ1.5m钻孔灌注桩。
桥塔为钻石型钢筋砼结构,顺桥向倾角为60o,桥面以上斜塔长63m,桥面以下斜腿长10.425m。如此高的单面无背索钢筋砼斜塔为国内首座。结构及力学性能非常复杂,施工难度极大。
加劲梁为斜腹板单箱四室预应力砼箱梁,砼标号C50。
斜拉索为扇形单索面,布置在中央分隔带上。斜拉索采用双层PE防护,内层为黑色外层为彩色。
桥面铺装采用80mm的砼垫层和80mm的沥青砼耐磨层。
