南京二桥南汊桥主桥钢箱梁的吊装及挂索施工

【摘要】本文通过对南京二桥南汊主桥B3标工程主要施工过程的回顾,总结了该桥钢箱梁支架、吊装、滑移及挂索和张拉等诸多施工方案的实施及某此难点问题的解决特别对其中一些较为成熟和值得推广的施工工艺进行了经验性的概括。

一、B3标工程概况
南京长江第二大桥是列入国家“九五”重点建设项目的工程之一,其南汊主桥横跨长江主航道,由中交公路规划设计院设计为58.5+246.5+628.0+246.5+58.5(m)五跨连续双塔双索面全断面焊接的钢箱梁斜拉桥。其628m的主跨跨径目标在同类型桥中居国内第一,世界第三。
B3标为该桥上部构造预制钢箱梁的吊装架设及挂余张拉施工。施工范围北起25号过渡墩,南至30号过渡墩。跨越南汊河道,包括水上、桥面和塔上高空作业,施工面较广。其五跨连续钢箱梁总长为 1233.9m。根据桥址处自然条件、钢箱梁构造和施工架设的需要,主梁划分为A~ L共 12种类计93块梁段(表 1)。标准梁段长达 15m,宽 38.2m,梁高 3.5m,
吊装重量近300t(加上随梁附件)。斜拉索采用7mm镀锌高强度低松弛平行钢丝,外挤包高密度聚乙烯材料,标准索距为15m(辅助跨为 12m),最大索长 335.743m,最大索重达 26 .7t。如此大跨径桥梁施工、长拉索挂设、重钢梁悬吊。多工作面立体作业,其施工难度很大,施工方案和架设技术无疑都面临极大的考验。加之桥位处于长江下游地带,水深流急,浪高风大.过往船舶众多。这些对运梁船、放索船、浮吊的就位稳定、钢箱梁的悬吊及挂
