浅谈佛山一环的软基处理
【摘   要】文章叙述了佛山一环软基处理试验段的试验方案及其试验数据分析,并提出了几种常用软基处理方法在该一级路使用时的适用条件及一些新工艺使用简介与展望。

      一、前言:软基处理的必需性
  佛山市拟建设环城公路主干线(简称佛山一环)为一级公路兼城市快速路。地理位置处于珠江三角洲地区,沿线范围内普遍分布有软土地基,该类软土具有含水量、压缩性高、渗透性低、天然强度低的特点,是典型的珠江三角洲地区软土。因此,在建设高等级公路时,必须进行软基加固处理。
      按照工可阶段的设想,本工程路基项目的施工期仅为1年左右,相比其他珠江三角洲地区高速公路建设的经验(合理工期应不少于18个月),本工程工期显得较紧。
      本工程的路基宽度大(包括绿化带约120m~150m),而且要求的质量标准高于一般公路工程(特别是工后沉降标准)。存在路基横向排水难度大、汽车荷载的影响深度大等特点。
  二、试验段软基处理方案介绍
  (一)试验段概况。为了摸清本路段软基处理的工程参数,建设单位有针对性地设置了佛山一环软基处理试验段,并邀请广东省航盛工程有限公司岩土分公司进行本试验段研究工作。
     本试验段选址在桩号K11+880~K12+270处。路基长390m,宽120m。
      工可勘察资料和补充勘察资料表明,本段非水塘路段表层普遍存在1m左右的硬壳层或耕植土层,软土层包括淤泥、淤泥质土、淤泥质砂层等。软土(淤泥、淤泥质土等)厚度较均匀,厚度约7.5~10m。部分路段软土层夹薄砂层较多或含砂量较大。软土有机质含量较少,约1.34~2.65%。软土层下普遍下卧砂层。部分路段砂层下面分布一层淤泥质粘土,如最近的钻探表明,K12+015附近的钻孔表明,18~32m深度范围内存在淤泥质粘土层。标贯试验表明,研究段的砂层为非液化砂层。地下水对混凝土、钢筋无腐蚀性。
