摘要:本文结合施工实践系统的阐述了JSH40/140双导梁步履式架桥机及其架设梁板的施工技术。

1概述：JSH40/140双导梁步履式架桥机适用于各种桥梁（直桥、斜桥、曲线桥）的简支梁架设，能够满足桥线制梁、梁厂制梁等工况，可携边梁一次横移到位，实现全断面机械化移、落梁。
该架桥机采用三角桁架作主要承载受力构件单元，单元间采用销轴连接，配置自力纵横双向走行装置，导梁纵向步履运行装置和吊重行车，用以实现安全过孔，吊放梁体的三维运动。
该机由主机和机动运梁车两大部分组成。经中铁三局集团邯郸工程机械制造公司设计，制造的新一代架桥机。
JSH40/140双导梁步履式架桥机因采用三角桁架结构重量轻，采用主导梁前端设置引导梁过孔安全可靠，采用柱体步履导梁纵行不铺轨道，且桥面荷载合理，采用支点游动支撑适应不同跨径桥梁安装，采用铺设全断面横移轨道达到架梁一次到位，自动化程度高，采用日立E-64HR可编程序控制器自动化程度高，控制灵活可靠，增加了作业安全性能，采用拼装式易于拆装、运输，便于转移工地，经济性好等特点，；广泛用于流动作业工程施工，尤其适宜水桥、高桥墩、宽桥面吊梁施工。
