桥梁予应力施工技术
(1)施工方案
A、B桥及人行天桥为后张式予应力砼结构,其予应力按后张法工艺施工,即在绑扎梁体钢筋时,予应力管道采用波纹管成孔,波纹管采用钢筋网定位,使其符合设计位置,然后用人工辅以吊机、卷扬机将钢束(钢绞线组合)穿入波纹管内,采用商品砼(40号;50号砼用泵车进行浇灌,待砼达到张拉强度。用千斤顶施加予应力,锚固、灌浆(压浆)、封端。
A、张拉要用双向张拉;
B、张拉千斤采用YCL—420型;
C、锚具要用OVM系列;
D、予应力钢绞线采用高强度、低松驰的270级钢绞线,直径15.01MM标准强度Ryb=1860Mpa。
E、张拉前进行摩阻测试,根据实际U值进行调
