乳化沥青在道路养护中的应用

1  乳化沥青
    乳化沥青是由两种互不相溶的物质——沥青和水组成的混合物。其主要特性表现为它的储存稳定性、在混合过程中设稳定性、表面处治和粘度特性及养护速度。在这些特性中有许多是随着微粒尺寸和微粒在乳液中的分布情况而起作用的。该变化是一种随沥青型号、级配乳液生产所使用的设备和化学试剂的使用稳定性而变化设。
    乳液的颗粒尺寸大小是比较重要的参数,因为粒径变得越单一、分散,乳液的粘度越好,破乳率和粘结性能也越合适。然而这也限制了乳液中的沥青含量,并且能够影响养护速度,在一般情况下,通过VSS发现颗粒直径在1~5μm范围内时具有最好的总体特性。
    沥青的组成和化学特性都很复杂。具有较高的极性(偏光性)和较高的芳香族沥青,通常较容易乳化。使用添加剂可以用来提高乳化作用,一般来讲,高针入度的沥青比低针入度的沥青容易乳化。
    乳化沥青中化学制品的选择依赖于道路的撒布情况,阴离子乳化剂和阳离子乳化剂两者都依赖于盐的碳氢化合物的长链,这可能是石油中发现的合成脂肪酸类的转生物、多脂肪酸或木材纸浆中的木质素的混合物。

2 乳化沥青的优点和经济性

1 emulsified asphalt
