水泥稳定砂砾的施工
摘要：水泥稳定砂砾属于水泥稳定土的一种。所谓水泥稳土，是指在土壤或基层材料中，掺以一定数量的水泥，经混合和加水压实，使得达到稳固的结合，以提高其力学强度和耐水、耐冻性。加入土壤或基层材料中的水泥和水接触后，即起水解和水化作用，分解出氢氧化钙，并形成其它水解的水化作用。其物理和化学的交叉反应，使土壤或基层材料力学强度提高。用这种方法所得到的混合物称为水泥稳定土。视所用材料的不同和颗粒组成的不同，分别称为水泥稳定土、砂、碎石、石屑、砂砾和水泥稳定砂砾土。

水泥稳定土壤和水泥稳定材料可用于路面的基层或底基层。它的特点是：（1）有良好的力学性能和板体性；（2）它的水稳性和抗冻性都较石灰稳定土好；（3）它的初期强度高并且强度随龄期增加；（4）水泥混凝土易干缩，冷缩而产生裂缝，而水泥稳定土没有这种弊病；（5）由于水泥用量不大，一般为4%~7%，且又都是低强度等级的水泥，故成本比较低，在那些富产砂石的地方，大量采用该结构，是降低工程造价的有效途径；（6）适用于机械化施工和流水作业，近年来实行厂拌，方便施工。
由于水泥稳定砂砾且有以上明显的特点，所以“公路柔性路面设计规范”推荐了这种结构。不管是高速公路，还是一、二级公路，直至三级公路，都可用水泥稳定砂砾做为基层或底基层。丹东市滨江路中段的道路就采用了这种结构，现介绍一下：
