目前,桥梁桩基施工多为灌注水下混凝土,虽然灌注水下混凝土已经过多年的经验积累和总结,但施工过程中不为人预知的事故还是经常发生,大到断桩,小到浮笼等,给施工带来影响并造成经济损失。
一、剪球时卡管
在灌注水下混凝土时,经常会产生剪球时卡管的情况,出现这种情况的原因有两个。
1、剪球制作不合理
塞球直径与导管直径差别太小,剪球前由于砂浆或细石料渗入导管与球壁之间造成堵塞。如果是这种情况,在不浪费混凝土方量的前提下,应急处理办法有两个:
⑴ 用一定长度(一般比漏斗长2m左右)直径为20mm~25
