碗口脚手架和军用器材组合应用于现浇箱梁技术
在跨路现浇箱梁施工中,膺架法施工是常用的一种方法。利用现有制式器材进行施工,一方面节约了临时工程的投入,同时又使大量库存的战备器材得到了合理利用,一定程度上避免了资源的浪费,但是,军用支墩和军用梁作为现浇梁膺架时,由于军用梁截面尺寸大,从而影响桥下净空,这种情况下,常常采用高位现浇而后落梁的施工方案,这就增加了高位落梁的工序,安全隐患较大。与军用器材相比,满堂脚手架具有安装方便、受力均匀的优点,但是对于跨路箱梁的施工,不能满足车辆通行的要求,具有一定的局限性。我单位在马田中桥的施工中,在总结几座桥施工的经验教训的基础上,大胆创新,对专家指导下制定的施工方案进行了优化,采用军用支墩和碗扣式脚手架组合形成膺架进行现浇的施工方案,从而减少了高位落梁的工序,减少了安全隐患。同时,缩短了工期,减少了投入,取得了显著的社会效益和经济效益。
1 工程概况
秦沈客运专线B28-9标段马田中桥位于该线路里程DK86+942.46处,设计为1孔24米双线PC简支箱梁。箱梁设计为单端张拉,梁高2.0m,底板宽度6.52m,桥面宽度12.4m。混凝土方量为212.6m,重量达520吨。该处线路坡度为5‰。因秦沈线为客运专线,设计时速高,考虑到旅客舒适度等原因,设计上对于梁体线性要求很高,因此施工时预拱度必须设置合理。
桥梁下部桥台为其他施工单位施工,设计为双线耳墙式桥台,扩大式基础,基础所处地质较好,主要为砂粘土,地基承载力在150Kpa~200KPa
