珠江黄埔大桥移动模架造桥机施工技术

1、工程概况
广州珠江黄埔大桥S12合同段是珠江黄埔大桥南汊桥的引桥,起点为70#墩,终点为121#桥台,桥梁全长1788米。大桥梁部为17-45m+34-30m一联多跨的连续刚构、连续-刚构箱梁,连续梁为双幅单箱单室断面、纵横双向预应力砼结构,全部采用移动模架法逐孔现浇,箱梁节段间预应力筋采用连接器接长;45米跨墩身为花瓶形独墩,30米跨为双柱形墩身;基础采用钻孔灌注桩,上设承台。
大桥单幅桥面宽度为16.6米,45米跨梁高2.5米,底宽7.5米,30米正常跨梁高1.8米,底宽7.9米,过渡跨梁高、底宽分别由2.5米、7.5米渐变到1.8米、7.9米。大桥位于R=4000m的圆曲线及缓和曲线上,桥面自起点(70#墩)向终点(121#桥台)设置2%的纵坡。
2、移动模架的选型和制作
2.1 移动模架的选型
大桥墩柱高度从4.12m-35.8m不等,45米跨最长浇筑长度51.1米,钢筋砼重量1606吨,30米跨最长浇筑长度33.07米,钢筋砼重量979吨。大桥共投入三套移动模架,45米跨及30米过渡跨由一套移动模架从70#墩开始施工至88#墩,共施工36孔;30米正常跨由两套移动模架从121#桥台开始施工至88#墩,每套模架施工33孔。
2.1.1 上行式、下行式选择
移动模架又称滑动模板支架系统(Movable Scaffolding System)、MSS造桥机,按行走主桁梁与连续梁的相对位置可分为上行式移动模架和下行式移动模架。上行式移动模架主梁支撑在已成梁和墩顶上,不需要墩旁托架,但其墩上支撑及模板悬挂系统较为复杂庞大,对斜交桥及曲线半径较小的桥特别适用,造价较高。下行式移动模架采用两个支撑在牛腿上的钢结构主梁支承模板系统,两主梁坐在墩旁牛腿托架上,牛腿通过销孔或钢支墩固定在桥墩或支撑承台基础上,构造相对简单

2, movable type selection and production
2.1 Selection of movable frame
Bridge Pier height ranging from 4.12m-35.8m, 45 m across the longest length of 51.1 meters poured, reinforced concrete weighing 1606 tons, 30 meters across the longest length of 33.07 meters poured, reinforced concrete weighing 979 tons.
