温控方案
1工程概况
沪蓉西四渡河大桥恩施岸锚碇锚体内部和鞍基以及底座采用30号混凝土,锚体前锚面和后锚面采用40号混凝土,左右侧两鞍室之间的底部及锚体厚侧的底部采用20号混凝土,左右侧两鞍室之间的上部、锚体厚侧的上部及锚体的顶部采用15号碾压混凝土。锚体混凝土总方量约为2万m3,属于大体积混凝
土结构,每块混凝土分层浇筑,各块之间采用2m厚浇段联结整体,后浇段浇筑微膨胀混凝土。为防止锚体大体积混凝土出现温度裂缝,受路桥华南沪蓉西十六合同段项目经理部的委托,武汉港湾工程设计研究院对沪蓉西四渡河大桥恩施段锚体大体积混凝土温控施工方案进行了研究,计算了大体积混凝土的内部温度及仿真应力场,并根据计算结果制定了锚体不出现有害温度裂缝的温控标准和相应的温控措施。温控计算采用武汉港湾工程设计研究院开发的《大体积混凝土施工期温度场及仿真应力场分析程序包》进行。
沪蓉西四渡河大桥处于山与山之间,风速较大,昼夜温差较高,气候条件不利于施工,这就给施工带来了较大难度。根据此特点,本方案进行了相应的温控计算和提出了相应的温控措施。
