1、工程概况
本工程位于北京房山良乡崇各庄崇青水库西北部，小苑上村东。度假村分为A、B、C三个区：A区建筑面积11060.00m2，B区建筑面积8695.5 m2，C区建筑面积1834.4 m2。
1.1工程范围及内容
度假村内道路由区间道路与区内道路组成，B区内道路包括：连接1#、2#、3#坝路的主路（宽6m）；连接4#~11#建筑物、后勤楼的普通车道（宽3.5m）；可容纳53个车位的停车场。。
1.2道路工程的设计形式
B区道路为单幅混行车道，路宽为3.5m、（6.0m）。路面结构为：
粗级配中粒式沥青混凝土厚5cm
厂拌沥青碎石厚5cm
石灰粉煤灰稳定砂砾厚20cm
12%灰土10cm

1.4现场情况及水文地质情况
1.4.1现场地上情况
本工程（B区）地势高低起伏，地面高差较大；雨水采用自然排水不设管线。外线、检查井基本做完。建筑物外装修完成。
1.4.2根据现场在施工程勘察，表层为人工填土，其下为卵石层，无地下水。

B区内道路高低起伏较大且多弯无顺直路面，机械施工及平缘石施工均有一定难度。本工程的重点难点在于路面标
