1、工程概况
本合同段沉管桩处理长度54m,管桩直径377mm,桩长共计8406m,其中K30+350~K30+370段处理深度15m,间距2.5m,178根,共计2670m;K30+370~404段处理深度12m,间距2.0m,478根,共长5736m。
2、施工准备
(1)、施工场地:先清除地表树木、草皮等杂物,挖除15~30Cm厚的腐植土。清表后进行场地整平,整平后回填一层宕渣。
(2)、施工用电:自配发电机。
(3)、机械安排:根据重锤轻打的原则,结合桩的类型、长度,以及地质条件和以往的施工经验,拟采用DZ-90型电动振动沉管机。DZ-90型电动振动沉管机的主要组成部件有桩架框架、绞车、滑轮组、电动振动锤、桩管、吊斗、底盘等,主要技术性能指标:行走速度:96m/h;激振力:429~697KN;适用桩长:20m以内;容许抗拔力:240KN。
3、沉管桩施工
(1)、试桩:为了根据桩的设计承载力,确定桩的入土深度;确定合理的拨管速度和充盈系数,在相同的地质条件下,试桩不少于2根。在软基段上根据设计文件和地质条件合理选择试桩的位置,并机具就位。采用单打法进行沉桩作业,作业工程中根据沉管速度和电流变化确定地层地质变化情况。沉管至持力层标高或设计标高后,根据沉管时确定的地层地质变化情况,初步拟定拔管速度。在拔管过程中及时测定推算各种地层混凝土的充盈系数,在不能满足要求时及时采取补救措施。试桩施工完成后,根据试桩确定的施工工艺和参数进行沉管桩的施工。
(2)测量放样:为使桩位放样准确,减少中间环节及受地形条件的影响,预应力管桩施工采用桩位坐标点放样,首先根据计算的坐标引出桩基轴线;桩基轴线的定位点位置在不受
