粉喷桩处理软基施工方案.doc
一、 施工基本情况及施工内容
1、本段路基处理段为K13+090~K13+139.8,其长度为49.8m,此段为水田及鱼塘等,工程地质条件较差,为缓冲桥头位置处的荷载作用力按设计要求,该段采用粉喷桩作软基处理。
2、本段软基处理共有三段:K13+090~K13+104.3(三角加固区);K13+104.3~K13+125.1(桥头加固段);K13+125.1~K13+139.8 (过渡段)。各段粉喷桩单根长分别为:5m、6.5m、8m。粉喷桩的直径均为50cm,桩与桩间的中心距为150cm,共有粉喷桩1254根。
3、施工前先进行成桩试验,试验的根数不少于5根。通过确定以下参数:钻进速度、提升速度、搅拌速度、喷气压力等,记录各种参数数据,检验地质情况是否准确及工艺参数、成桩质量、取样方法和桩的设计指标是否满足实际情况。

1、施工准备
