T梁预制施工方案.doc

T梁预制采用立式预制。底模采用30cm厚C25钢筋砼底模，长度30米，地模用角钢镶边，表面用磨光机抛光。由于设计T梁起吊采用兜底吊，因此在两端起吊位置各设置一块40㎝长5㎜厚活动钢板作底模，地模砼留孔400×300便于穿索。地梁两端T梁支座位置设置凹槽，大小与支座钢板相同，凹槽内坡度按设计要求设置。于地模高度一半位置预设φ50PVC＠600，便于穿拉杆固定侧模底部。侧模、阶梯端模采用6mm厚钢模，厂家定制，封端模板计划采用木板加工。T梁模板计划配备2套半，边梁半套，中梁2套。
一、预制工艺流程
   做底胎模→钢筋安装→安装波纹管→穿钢绞线→安装锚板→安装侧、端模→浇注砼→拆模养护
二、模板的安拆
   模板的安装和拆除均采用人工配合龙门吊，装拆时应注意以下事项：
①在整个施工过程中要始终保持模板的完好状态，认真进行维修保养工作。
②模板在吊运过程中，应注意避免碰撞，严禁从吊机上将模板悬空抛落。
③模板在首次使用时，要对模面认真进行除锈、抛光工作。除锈、抛光采用钢丝刷清除锈垢，然后涂刷脱模剂，脱模剂的涂刷要注意均匀、不遗漏。
④装拆时,要注意检查接缝处止浆垫的完好情况,如发现损坏应及时更换,以保证接缝紧密、不漏浆。
⑤模板安装精度要求见表。在安装过程中,要及时对各部分模板进行精度控制,安装完毕后应进行全面检查,若超出容许偏差,则应及时纠正。
⑥模板安装与钢筋工作配合进行，妨碍绑扎
