路面底基层是在基层下铺筑的承重层，江苏高速公路路面，采用石灰、粉煤灰稳定土（简称二灰土）底基层，结构厚度20cm。
高速公路施工难度大、技术要求高，因而在路面施工中，必须层层把关，严格要求。从底基层应给予高度重视，防止在二灰土底基层施工中出现原材料质量不合格、配合比不准确、拌和不均匀、碾压不密实、接缝不平整等质量弊病，避免出现粘土夹层、起皮、松散、裂缝、弹簧、翻浆等质量缺陷，以确保路面底基层的工程质量。
根据交通部标准JTJ034-2000《公路路面基层施工技术规范》结合江苏已建成高速公路路面施工经验，对路面二灰土底基层施工，提出如下指导意见。
一、 准备工作
