一、 基本规定
1.1.1. baopo工作人员，必须身体健康，按《培训程序》实施培训，通过考试合格，取得《baopo员作业证》、《监炮员作业证》、《运输作业证》并定期参加受检培训，方可从事baopo作业。
1.1.2. 所有baopo器材必须符合国家标准或部颁标准。
1.1.3. 对baopo器材的申购运输、贮存、保管和使用都必须按照《中华人民共和国民用baopo物品管理条例》执行。
1.1.4. 采用新baopo器材和baopo技术应进行baopo设计，并经上缴领导批准，制定相关的安全规定。
二、 baopo器材的采购与搬运、贮存和保管
（一） 一般规定
2.1.1 baopo器材的采购必须按《采购程序》实施控制。
