便道施工方案
1、施工里程、便道尺寸及会车道设置
因受房屋拆迁的影响,本段工程施工便道由105国道引入,从中江高速公路桥下42号墩处往小里程方向修建,便道起屹于DK52+054.09,长1.4km,修在线路左侧,设为无坡便道。
便道尺寸路基宽度4.5m,路面宽度3.5m,根据车流量情况以及施工过程中,车型的不同,初步定为每隔200~300m设一处错车道,错车道路基宽度6.5m,路面宽度5.5m,长度15m,设置位置分别为8~9#墩之间DK52+324.33~DK52+339.33、15~16#墩之间DK52+553.51~DK52+568.51、22~23#墩之间DK52+782.69~DK52+797.69、29~30#墩之间DK53+11.75~DK53+26.75、37~38#墩之间DK53+257.35~DK53+272.35。便道左侧设50×50cm的边沟。
2、便道填料
便道填料底层采用混碴填筑,承重层采用50~60cm厚片石填筑,面层采用10~20cm厚碎石铺填。
3、施工方法及养护
(1)先清除便道内树木、垃圾及有机物残渣,然后在便道左侧开挖边沟,结合农田水系,在必要的地方设置排水设施。
