现浇箱梁挂篮施工方案
叉河特大桥位于K104+242位置处,为左右分离式,其中左幅布置形式为为25+75+130+75+3×25m,右幅布置形式为75+130+75+3×25m的箱型变截面预应力T型连续刚构桥,箱梁根部高7.5m,跨中高2.6m,箱梁高为梁中线位置的高度,边中跨比较小为0.5769,这样将有利于箱梁内的应力合理分布,左右侧高度不一,臂长度为3.5m。
施工中需要随时对挂篮悬吊系统进行调整,箱梁底板按照R=351.659m变化,底板顶面按照R=391.092m变化,系按照圆曲线变化,这样设计的目的是减少墩顶的弯矩数值,相应减少主梁内的主拉应力。箱梁采取挂篮悬臂浇筑施工,最大施工悬臂长度为58.5m,最大悬浇重量为142.9t,按照设计的施工顺序为:先在墩身托架上浇筑0#段,后向两边逐段悬臂浇筑并张拉预应力束,先边跨合拢,再中跨合拢,整个施工过程相邻浇筑节段对称进行。和拢时桥梁由T形静定悬臂状态变为超静定状态,实现了体系转换。
砼采用拌合站集中拌制,利用HBT-60型混凝土输送泵垂直泵送进行箱梁施工.在左2#(右1#)及左3#(右2#)墩柱位置各布置8t塔吊1台垂直运输材料、小型设备、机具等。
叉河特大桥施工总工期控制在25个月内。阶段目标为:2005年5月前完成桩基础施工,2005年11月前完成墩柱施工,2006年10月前完成T构悬
